What do you do when you need a salty snack? Reach for a bag of chips and then think "I really shouldn't be eating these"? Let's change that. Make your own - I show how to make these using an air fryer (results were moderate - they weren't as crispy as I would have liked), but you can also use the oven (I tell you how in the video), or a dehydrator (my preferred method).
Now - this doesn't mean you should make a large batch and then devour the entire batch in one go, but having something that's a better choice is going to help you make a better choice later on in the day because you won't get a carb crash from eating processed potato or corn chips.
